she came to order not one but three personalised registrations: "We were looking for two personal registrations as gifts for two close family
members who were celebrating 40th and 50th birthdays on the same day. Alastair sourced appropriate plates, purchased them and hand
delivered the finished articles on time, despite having to deal with tight timescales and a postal dispute to boot.
He dealt with everything from start to finish but kept us in the loop constantly. He exudes
